Terms and Conditions


  • Prices and Terms
    • All Prices FOB Oceanside, CA
    • Add $45.00 for under minimum charge
    • 50% deposit and balance COD for all new customers. COD, cash, or cashier's check only unless pre-approved with Net 15
  • Embroidery Complexity
    • Logos will incur a 10% additional charge due to excessive trims and number of colors.
    • 20% upcharge on certain garments due to special location and size of garment (bags and heavy jackets).
    • Rush orders available, varied on production.
  • Overrun, Under run, and Under Minimum
    • Please allow 5% overrun and underrun which will bill accordingly
    • 8% damage rate is allowed, we will only pay for damages exceeding 8%.
    • All shipments are FOB Oceanside, CA.. We are not responsible for shipments lost in transit.
  • Shipment and Drop Shipment
    • We assume any merchandise direct shipped from you or your vendor is the correct size and style.
    • We absolutely take no responsibility for your vendors' mistake.
  • Return and Cancellation
    • No return will be accepted without prior written permission. No claims honored 20 days beyond shipping date.
